always happy with my haircut here, Yuri is very kind and talented. my only feedback would be the unnecessary gendering of the haircut options, as a man it feels a bit odd to book a "ladies haircut" just because I have long hair.

More blowdry training/practice required. I get regular blowdries as my hair is thick and frizzy so I know how the process usually works - from the start I knew that there was a lack of brush/hairdryer tension and an overall lack of experience. I requested that my hair be straightened at the end of my appointment - a straightener should never be used when a blowdry is done well.
