Despite them running a bit behind that day, I didn't mind as the staff made a really welcoming atmosphere. And I was very happy with my haircut and visit. There was a wash and blow dry included with the haircut which I wasn't expecting. And the girls even offered to put hair tinsel in my hair which I loved!
