Appointment was cancelled the day before by text even though I had booked it several days before, leaving me no time to get an appointment somewhere else. This was for my own 40th birthday party. I understand things happen but a text the day before? And then no reply when I text back?

I had such a great experience getting my lashes done with Lais. She was so friendly and super gentle, I feel asleep while getting it done as I was so comfortable and relaxed! She did a fantastic job and I’m delighted with my lashes :)
