Hair cut was fine, no complaints at all.
Adherence to covid 19 safety measures were not strictly observed. The salon is very small and 8 people in total were there, some with no mask on. No ventilation. Strong chemical smell from dye also, which was overpowering at times.

My wash/cut/blow dry was scheduled for 45 mins but she was done in 25. I thought more effort could have been put in during the wash.
There was cut hair all over the floor, it was disgusting.
She wore her mask under her nose the entire time & didn’t let me know it was cash only until it was time to pay. When I asked where the closest atm was she just shrugged! I asked how she wanted me to pay if there was no card machine or arm close by & she said ‘Tesco?’ 😤
I wish I left at the start.
