Leo gave me a thorough massage paying particular attention to back, neck and shoulders which were very tight - I felt so relaxed and loosened up afterwards. He also diagnosed and treated a knee problem and gave me advice on exercises to do in order to strengthen the joint. Overall a really good session! Thanks Leo
