Can't recommend highly enough. Leo is so professional, friendly and knowledgable. He answered all my questions which helped me not to make the same mistakes again when lifting and also which movements to do in order to help prevent poor posture when sitting at computer and encourage more flexibility.
Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Easy to forget the outside world for an hour and focus on personal wellbeing.

Leo is a brilliant therapist, also friendly and very professional.
I often go for a massage after the workout and I feel great after it.

Went to Leo with headaches, neck pain, and upper back and have already found a great difference in all 3 after 2 session's would recommend, covid friendly with plenty of hand sanitizer from the time you walk in, and masks worn for the duration thanks Leo.
