Can't recommend highly enough. Leo is so professional, friendly and knowledgable. He answered all my questions which helped me not to make the same mistakes again when lifting and also which movements to do in order to help prevent poor posture when sitting at computer and encourage more flexibility. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Easy to forget the outside world for an hour and focus on personal wellbeing.
