I have been regularly going to Leo`s for the past four months. I enjoy weight lifting and our sport massage sessions are a life saver at the end of a week full of deadlifts and bench presses!
Leo is very considerate of the client`s needs and tries to adjust the massage so that we can benefit the most from it.
Besides the sports massage, I have also tried the lymphatic drainage and the results were really good.
I am truly thankful to have found such a dedicated professional in Dublin city centre.

Leo is the most professional gentleman around . Extremely talented and passionate about what he does . A very genuine person who cares and no's his stuff . Thoroughly recommend him for everyone looking for an excellent massage . Felt amazing after my massage wanting to book my next one already . Once you meet him ..... you no it won't be your last visit !!

So relaxing. Leo was professional, empathetic and made me feel very comfortable. He asked key questions about any problem areas I might have and listened to my answers. When focusing on painful areas he constantly checked with me if I was ok. He is very skilled in massage and instills a sense of confidence. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. I will keep returning but need to book in advance as he is often booked out

The place is really cosy and clean. I felt really comfortable to have my treatment there. I am sure I'll be back over many times again. Thank you Leonardo Nascimento for your service and for being such a professional.
