Welcome to Leti Health & Wellness in Drogheda.

I am Letícia, a Registered Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist, offering personalised treatments designed to support relaxation, pain relief, muscle recovery and overall wellbeing.

Every session begins with a brief consultation, so we can understand how you are feeling on the day and choose the most suitable treatment approach for your body and your goals.

From lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage to sports massage, deep tissue massage and focused therapeutic care, I combine the benefits of clinical massage with the comfort and care of a spa experience, creating treatments that are both effective and deeply restorative.

My aim is to provide skilled hands-on care in a calm, private and welcoming space, where each session is adapted to what your body and mind need most on the day.

I am registered with ANMT, and treatments may be claimed through health insurance depending on your cover.
