I went here because it was a recommended place on treatwell. I didn’t get a full wax and I’m still left with full strips of hair. I had to wait 25min after the start of my appointment to go in. The lady put hot wax on large areas and had to pull 4-5 times for each of the strips to get off. It was very painful and I do not think that Hollywood is painful at all. I saw that she used one spatula several times. I will never go here again and treat well should remove this place from their list.

Soo is great. The threading is not that painful compared to others. My eyebrows were perfectly shaped after the session.
