I didn't have any real issue with the treatment. I felt that the threading wasn't approached very methodically. It was a casual more than a relaxing atmosphere and I personally dislike it when staff chat away to each other as if the client isn't there. Given the good reviews, I wasn't overly impressed with the cleanliness. Soo was very nice though, so I was happy with what I paid and the treatment I received.

Made an appointment for soo to do my brows. When I arrived soo wasn't there. I had also prepaid but was told I'd have to wait awhile. Which I didn't want another person to do my brows. So I left and will have to return another day when soo is there. When making an appointment and the person you book is off it should say so and you can make an appointment when they are there.

My therapist was very pleasant and very presentable. The threading was quite comfortable and she was very thorough. She moistened the face with aloe Vera ointment to check for any unremoved hairs before finishing.

I’ve had two waxes here so far and the girls have been lovely as I was nervous both times as I am new to this, the wax was done so well while it was painful as expected it was worth it and lasted weeks with very thin regrowth, the ladies make a potentially embarrassing experience very comfortable and easy, would defo recommend
