Left waiting 30 minutes for my appointment. The girl woman was nice but couldn’t do French manicure. Paid for removal only as manicure looked so bad and I have now left with stained fingers and nails. Very disappointed.

I went here because it was a recommended place on treatwell. I didn’t get a full wax and I’m still left with full strips of hair. I had to wait 25min after the start of my appointment to go in. The lady put hot wax on large areas and had to pull 4-5 times for each of the strips to get off. It was very painful and I do not think that Hollywood is painful at all. I saw that she used one spatula several times.
I will never go here again and treat well should remove this place from their list.
