There was a quiet and casual atmosphere, but my therapist didn't interact with me except to ask me about my nails (I'm fine with it). However, face masks weren't used properly at all times and there were moments I didn't feel comfortable because the therapists were talking to each other in a different language as if the customers were not there. Additionally, I had to tell the beautician a couple of times that the shape of the nails wasn't right so she could fix it. It was OK overall.

I didn't have any real issue with the treatment. I felt that the threading wasn't approached very methodically. It was a casual more than a relaxing atmosphere and I personally dislike it when staff chat away to each other as if the client isn't there. Given the good reviews, I wasn't overly impressed with the cleanliness. Soo was very nice though, so I was happy with what I paid and the treatment I received.

Made an appointment for soo to do my brows. When I arrived soo wasn't there. I had also prepaid but was told I'd have to wait awhile. Which I didn't want another person to do my brows. So I left and will have to return another day when soo is there. When making an appointment and the person you book is off it should say so and you can make an appointment when they are there.
