I’ve been a long time customer so really don’t like leaving a bad review. My appointment was for 6.30pm. Made deliberate as I had a date at 7.30. My nail color wasn’t even begun to be applied by 7.15. I was late for my date and thought under circumstances they could have waived removal cost to compensate for delay. Really unhappy with this experience. More a walk in service

Excellent the girls are so lovely and I had a great experience it’s been 2-3 weeks since I got my threading done and they still look great. Would highly recommend this place. I also had a nail that needed fixing and one of the girls was so helpful and fixed it for me. Thanks so much.
