I have been to Shine twice now for the eye trio and will be going again for sure for this service, and would like to book with them for nail services next/as well. My eyebrows look fab. Eyelashes too but the dye is not as strong as the likes of Benefit for example. No relaxing music and chairs aren't comfortable with your neck back for 25 min.+ - but the price is right and the staff are lovely and experienced. Would highly recommend.
