Despite having booked my treatment in advance, Sjirana continued to accept walk in customers, and did their treatments after I had already arrived, and during my treatment. This meant the appointment was delayed by 35mins. She is lovely and kind. However as she has poor eyesight and does not wear glasses she struggled to cut my nails neatly, & when filing the skin of the sole of my foot, she also filed my calf & ankle by mistake.
