Iv honestly nothing bad to say about this Treatwell. Staff were so welcoming aswel as talkative. Looking forward to going back

Got a tint and thread, i specifically asked the lady who was serving me that I didn’t want my brows too dark as I have blonde hair. As I was in a rush (and I was seen at least 10 minutes later than the time I had originally booked for), I didn’t get a proper chance to see the finished product and rushed out the door. My eyebrows are uneven completely and the tint was far too dark. When I pointed out the darkness of the tint, the lady explained it was because I had tan on my face. If I had known that this would happen I would have skipped the tint. Please for future it would be nice to ask the client if she has any tan/ product on their face that could affect the tinting process, rather than after the damage is done. Hopefully this tint will wash off with a good scrub and brows will grow back quickly. I don’t think I will return thanks
