The owner who looked after me was very friendly, caring and was thorough. Waxings are always painful but she made sure to minimize the pain as much as possible and got the it done in one pass which I really appreciated. She seemed experienced and knew how to make you feel comfortable, especially with such an uncomfortable task as hand! Thanks again :)
