I've had to stop going here as everytime I go they are completely over booked and under staffed. They leave their clients who have booked appointments sitting there for ages while they try to squeeze in walk ins. I was in there for nearly 2 hours before for shellac only. Really frustrating system

Overbooked and understaffed. Had to wait 30 mins. Seemed like they had too many bookings and not enough staff available. The threading was good but wait was too long.
