I’ve been using Looks for a number of years & have always been happy with service. My therapist was not Lauren but another lady. She was very nice but soon became obvious that she was not an experienced nail therapist. Whole procedure took 90 minutes for quick manicure & polish. Polish was not let dry between coats so completely tacky. I did complain but if I had not I would have been let pay for bad service. It was not fair on the lady either as obvious she was out of her depth. Redone next day
