I've been to Lotus nails 3 times now, and I've been really happy with my nails every time. My most recent visit wasn't as good though, as the technician was impatient and rough with me while doing my nails. Presumably this is because it was a 5pm appointment and she was in a rush to leave, but it was quite disappointing - especially given I've been pleased with the service every other time. I'll still be back - but will aim for early appointments from now on!

Amazing treatment and very kind workers. Lu was exceptional very diligent and talented and made the whole process phenomenal. I will definitely be returning for more procedures. Thank you so much for the lashes they are stunning.

Lovely new salon, repeat customer for lashes. Retention has been excellent until my most recent set but overall very happy and will return.
