I went there to do hair lights and end up with my hair brown, dry with no sing of hair lights. She made a mistake, tried to convince me I wasn’t seen the blond colour, and the she tried to fix it for a plenty of times without success. I arrived there at 10am and left at 6 ish almost crying because after all she did I can’t do anything right now, I have to wait at lest three months to do hair lights again. (Didn’t pay because I didn’t have what I asked for, I went there for hair lights and left with brown hair). I’m so disappointed.
