Today was my first time at Lu Martins, and I honestly had the most beautiful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the most amazing smile from Lu, who immediately made me feel so welcome and comfortable.I then met Daniel and explained what I wanted. He took the time to really understand my hair, explained what could be done and what my hair needed, and talked me through everything step by step. He made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
