Ann was lovely, she is very sweet - made me feel comfortable the whole time. In regards to the quality I could see is not up to high standard, but thy was okay because of the price I would expect it. The day of the manicure ( BIAB) I liked the result, it was okay. But less than 5 days one of my nails started to chip and by the end of the 1st week 2 of my nails were gone. As a client advise, I would work on making sure the work last at least 3 weeks, that is when we comeback for more :)
