I had an appointment booked for 3pm for a simple file and polish. I waited 30 minutes and was asked to come back at 4pm which I did. I waited until 4.10 and they still hadn’t taken me for my appointment. I had paid my money as I had booked on Treatwell and I did not get it back. I wasted 40 mins waiting for a service I didn’t get and I am so disappointed as I have used this salon many times before.

Not very clean, the floors etc were dirty. Wouldn't recommend I'm sorry to say as I haven't left a bad review of any place on Treatwell before
