I hope Lucy has had better days. I arrived and it was loud chaos with mixed up and cancelled appointments. I had to wait around 20 minutes for mine to abruptly start. The massage itself was really inconsistent and no rhythm as Lucy had to go back and forth to turn on the kettle to heat up the hot stones. It was one of the worst and most pointless massages I have ever had. Next to no pressure; she burnt me with a scorching hot stone; and exposed my breast. At least she apologised but no refund.
