Philip was really nice but I asked for a toner for my hair to be brighter on the phone and when I got in I said for the toner to not to be too blonder and warm, it was done a very dark brown. This was my birthday and my hair it is still a very dark brown , what I dislike the list is that he tried to tell me it was the lightning when I expressed it was very dark.
