My appointment (booked for 9 am) was running 15 mins late. I directly asked why he didn’t inform me he was running late. I didn’t raise voice, use any additional language etc. Philip said he was there since 7 am and the lady ahead of me was late (not my point, my issue was lack of being informed). He was so annoyed at me complaining to him he then refused to do my hair so I had to beg and grovel for him to do it (and the result wasn’t good but I was too afraid to say anything. Worst experience.
