Second round of BIAB with Renata and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She is so gentle, and attentive to every little detail especially cuticles. My nails feel incredibly strong, look flawless, and have lasted so well. Renata created such a calm, welcoming atmosphere and really listens to what you want while also giving great advice. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

I can’t fault the staff or their skills at all. They even bought me a takeaway coffee because the machine wasn’t running yet (9am appointment). A very thorough and fastidious job. I was just a bit cold, but then again, I’m always cold 🙄.

Amazing experience. Bia is very professional and results driven. I was booked in for another treatment but she explained that it wouldn’t give me the results I wanted so we decided to go for plasma pen around my eyes and I can’t wait for the full res
