My stylist was late arriving/ not available when I arrived for my appointment. I was waiting 25 minutes before being seated. 4 other clients arrived in that time & were promptly whisked away to seats to be dealt with. Receptionist came across as very grumpy & generally unpleasant. She did nothing at all on my arrival; I hung up my own coat, helped my self to magazines & waited. Nor did she make any comment at my waiting time. My stylist in fairness when she did arrive was apologetic & very pleasant. I was disappointed as I’ve been going to Mandika for 10 years + and maybe they’re so established now that they don’t need business. I didn’t feel like a wanted customer. Shame really as Mary herself is fantastic and I always like to support local businesses. I didn’t think the staff represented the place well on this occasion. My hair was great after it was done, as it always is. Like I said, pity as I wouldn’t rush back no tbh.maybe I got them on a bad day

Fabulous as it always is. Mary & her team are excellent. A little more expensive but worth it if you want the best of everything - service, experience and of course skills and talent of your hairdresser. Mary is possibly the best stylist I’ve ever gone to. If I want a good cut particularly in short hair- I wouldn’t go anywhere else only Mandika

Aisling was lovely I wanted a blow dry and she did a great job. I booked and paid on line but I thought that €30 was a bit steep for short hair.
