I normally never bother leaving a bad review but I was very unhappy with the service I received. I showed a photo of the design I wanted and the lady told me she could do it but it was not what I asked for. She then told me they didn’t have the right shade/ decoration to match what I showed so offered a different polish which I was charged extra for without being told until I paid and the end result was not what I asked for. The team were quite rude about insisting I pay extra.
