I know it was Christmas Eve but had appointment but it didn’t seem to matter.Everyone was waiting with wet hair and then someone started dry all the hairs the same so when I got to the stylist my hair was dry .He then proceeded to try and style dry hair.

Upset. No communication from staff re cut advise. Didn’t get my hair washed or blow dryer with cut. No hair mask or treatmentHair stylist unwilling for same. Not alot of input. Was really looking forward to hair treatment felt like a waste of money.
