She did my nails in just over 30 minutes. During the removal of the polish, she worked with so much force and haste that she almost tore my nail off my finger. I had to signal several times that it was hurting.
As a result of the way she filed my nail, it became extremely weak, like an eggshell. It didn’t even last four days and broke.
The polish application was terrible as well: she applied only a single coat, which was completely transparent and full of flaws.
