I have mixed feelings with this salon, sometimes the service is perfect but sometimes they have rude nail technicians. That was the case on my last visit, the way the manicurist forced my fingers into one position while doing my BIAB was quite agressive, she was clearly upset and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time, longest hour of my life.

I've been coming in for manicure and pedicure for over two years. Sarul did a good job as far as the results are concerned but the entire treatment was quite rushed and felt rough. Good results - disappointing experience.

I expected more care with the threading, and unfortunately I didn't feel welcomed. a tip: make clients feel at ease, ask if they are happy with the service, and if not. be willing to improve. small gestures can make a big difference.
