It wasn't Annie's fault at all what happened. She is lovely and brilliant at her job. A woman came in demanding to be seen and management called Annie away from my appointment to tend to miss vip.
As a consequence I was left for 20 minutes under the nail dryer when she said 10. She rushed my nails because she was put u her so much pressure

I usually go to Mint Rathmines, always book 'biab with french' for appointment duration to add artwork. Adding anything else isn't an option on the booking system. Aside from the fact I paid a further €5 for art (star drawings) on top of the french add-on as usual, she tried to charge me €10 extra. I don't mind what price a service is if it is clear, it is not an option on the booking system. I also did not think the quality was half as good as previous, lots of chips in first week, not happy.
