Good service, only when I went in. I was ignored for 15 minutes (I did arrive early) I think it would be best practice to greet customers, ask them what they want or what booking and get them to take a seat. I just awkwardly sat there until I built the courage to speak up.
Please do better in this area. It takes a second to lift your head up and greet your customers.
