I was the first appointment of the day and already felt the technician was in a rush. She had a few fixable details to correct. The service was good but I didn't like how she was rushing and that made her make mistakes. It's ok she wasn't rude, she was smiley but that's just how I felt. Also, I could see how the cuticle nipper wasn't properly sterilised because it had someone else's cuticle clippings :(
