They were so nice that when I went to the wrong location they rebooked me as I walked to the Aungier location. My technician was a little over zealous with removing the shellac on my nails— it actually hurt and made some of my nails bendy and thin. That hasn’t happened when this method was used the last few times. I wasn’t really considered when I said “ouch”. Looking back I wish I had spoken up more— but it would have been great to have the tech ask me how I was doing.
