I had an appointment with Joann last month and my nails were so nice. I had a different girl yesterday evening for gelX extensions. First of all she was shown how to do it by senior staff and then left to do me which didnt fill me with confidence from the offset. She put 2 of my nails on completely sideways and when I brought it up and asked her to redo them she said thats just how my fingers were shaped and that my fingers were naturally crooked.
