the person seemed to be new or a trainee. No conversation was made about how I wanted my brows shaped. No powder/solution was applied before threading.
Directly started the Eyebrow threading without checking with me and all of a sudden jumped to upper lip threading and then back to eyebrow threading. I was in a lot of pain and clearly, the person was inexperienced.
I'm a regular customer of Mint but I had a very bad experience this time.
