I booked for shellac removal and application. I had a nail strengthener gel under my shellac.
While removing the shellac the nail artist began insisting I had a builder gel on my nails and said I had to pay €20 extra to have it removed. She said if I wanted gel builder again it would take 1 hour to apply.
I disagreed that I had gel builder in the first place. I was charged another €16 to remove the "gel builder" so €48 total.
The shellac has pealed off one nail completely and chipped on another
