Took a good bit longer then normal. When removing cuticles, she tended to pull, rather then letting the tool do it's job which was painful. Removing the previous biab,the tool hit the sides of my fingers, causing a slight burn.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years and it’s sad to see the behaviour of some of the girls. My appointment yesterday felt very unwelcoming to say the least and the nails look sloppy. Jini didn’t acknowledge me at any point, was very aggressive with the nails and rolled her eyes when I asked if she could please remove polish around the cuticle. She was barely finished as she got up and smashed the chair against the table and went behind the counter without a “bye” ofc. I miss the old staff
