The problem wasnt with Julie or the place itself, its with advertisement that its a Shellac manicure when there isn't a Shellac brand in sight, its gel, not Shellac, site should be clear. I also received this survey despite not having a manicure done (another downside). Staff was very welcoming and friendly for the short period I was there, Shellac brand is a must for a Shellac manicure for me though.
