The staff are lovely and very nice and friendly. But I was unnerved by the fact that I didn't see the tools being sanitized, and the files definitely were not. The services I purchased were fairly standard - literally just filing of my natural nails and polishing, full stop, and it was pricey. I was left with quite a few hangnails, including a painful one that bled, and the cuticle pushing was aggressive on both toes and hands. (I expect to have some long-term dents in my nails as a result.) Finally, I was not asked if I wanted nail ridges filed off, and I wouldn't have, as they weaken my natural nails.

Such a professional job done on my gel manicure. The girls take the time to prep your nails and are meticulous in applying the polish. Amazing value too.
