Very disappointed. I requested for a very basic manicure without polish, and expecting to leave the place with my nails looking clean, neat and shiny. But i left with super textured nails instead. Never had such a bad experience anywhere else. The lady literally filed my nail, qnd didnt even buffed it and straight up putting a thin layer of clear gel and oil. My nails felt very textured literally like sandpaper.
