Hannah is very experienced and had look to understand the targeted areas before starting and clearly explained the process and the core of some of the build of tension I had. She applied the right amount of pressure and always checking into ensure I was alright. I felt really good after and a few days later there was definitely felt like weight off my shoulders and didn’t have the sore and stiffness I would usually experience anymore
