There was a rude guy upstairs as the nails. Het pointed that I need to go downstairs, it wasn’t clear where the stairs was so I asked again where I had to go. Frustrated he pointed again. Downstairs there was a total different atmosphere, welcoming, calm and friendly. Great massage! It was warm en firm (not painful). So def would recommend
