The chair massage I tried first time and I really like it. Only take 15 minutes and you are renewed.

Staff are wonderful. Hannah did an amazing job and then gave me stretches to help with pain related to sitting at a desk all day. The rooms are on the cold side but it wouldn't put me off going again!
