had a French + spa polish. unlike previous times the staff didn't give me a hand massage despite reminding, I didn't get my hands cleaned properly and the manicure is poorly executed in comparison to usual high standard at mint. perhaps it was a trainee manicurist in which case it would be nice to provide this info upfront.
