Bo took the time to understand any problem areas before we began, and as a result I had one of the best massages I've ever had. I prefer to have a firm massage, and Bo checked in regularly to make sure that the pressure was OK. I felt like he really paid attention to anywhere that had a lot of knots - whilst he worked on all sides evenly, he practiced the techniques that were needed, rather than follow a pre-set routine. I feel heaps better, and will definitely be back.
